P-Square's Mr P blames fans for breakup, Davido and Wizkid's relationship
Nigerian artist Mr P, from P-Square, took to Instagram Live to address P-Square fans, saying that if the brotherly duo didn't break up, they would have won a GRAMMY last week. Offended by the claims, the recording artist explained that the fan base is to blame for the break-up. He says the divisiveness that the fans placed on him and his brother is what caused it.
"Because you guys are among the people that contributed to the break-up. Two brothers doing their own thing, you try to say one is better than one. Una don get wetin una want", he said.
He went on to say that it is the same behaviour that has brought division between two of the world's most prominent African artists, Davido and Wizkid.
"You guys are doing that to Davido and Wizkid, maybe when they start taking arms and killing themselves; you guys will be happy. You guys go deal with your sour, we have to move on, you should move on too."
Mr P is preparing to release his debut album 'The Prodigal' and has previewed a song he has with Tiwa Savage.
